How to measure your head circumference:

Place a soft measuring tape just above the eyebrows, centered on the forehead.
Guide it around the head — making sure to include the back of the head at the occipital bone (the most prominent point).
Read the measurement: this is your head circumference.

No measuring tape at hand? Use a piece of string, a shoelace, or a belt. Wrap it around your head in the same way and then measure the length with a ruler.

Size	Head Circumference
S	52 – 56 cm
M	56 – 58 cm

Aucun regrets. Merci."
