Our warranty: simple and transparent
At CASCO, we want you to enjoy your products with complete peace of mind. All our products meet safety standards and comply with the legislation in force in the countries where we deliver. Some of our products are certified as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Each product is supplied with its user manual, and certificates of conformity are available on our website.
Your right to conformity
If a product has a defect or a conformity issue (a product that does not work as intended, is defective upon receipt, or does not match its description), you have a period of 2 years from the date of receipt to have it replaced or to obtain a refund. During this period, you do not need to prove when the problem appeared—only that it exists.
We are committed to replacing the product free of charge and within 30 days, to minimize any inconvenience for you.
If the product is replaced, the warranty restarts for 2 years from the replacement date.
